Dr. Harold J. Kaplan is the founder of Celibré Medical, and has over 30 years of experience as a facial plastic surgeon. Dr. Kaplan has served as a clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at UCLA, and has used cosmetic lasers extensively in his practice for almost two decades.

Dr. Kaplan’s affiliations include previously serving as Chairman of the Board for South Bay Independent Physicians, a 550-member physicians organization, and as president of the Los Angeles County Medical Association (LACMA), Southwest District.

About Dr. Harold J. Kaplan

Dr. Harold J. Kaplan, the founder of Celibré Medical, is a facial plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Kaplan has served as a clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at UCLA, and has used cosmetic lasers extensively in his practice since the early 1990s.
